Smiley is a beautiful, 17-year-old warmblood. He has been with us for approximately 10years and originally joined our herd to be a lead riding horse. This wasn’t to be. However, as with everything in life, Smiley has proved there is always something you are able to do and he is definitely a very capable horse teaching all manner of people the joys of long-lining, lunging and generally de-stressing them with an enjoyment of being around people and being brushed. He teaches so much about self-awareness and how our breathing affects us.
He has a kind nature and is sensitive and alert to his surroundings. Smiley shows great empathy with his human friends and this makes him an ideal partner for Equine Therapy. If you are lucky in your sessions, you may even get to witness his elegant and floaty trot. You can’t help be in awe of his grace and poise.
